Thomas M. Clyde

Tom Clyde has been zealously representing individual and corporate clients in litigation at the trial and appellate level since 1992. He has a wide array of experience in civil litigation in federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis on representing journalists and other news gatherers involved in investigative journalism. He regularly advises the news media and other investigative organizations regarding their legal rights during investigations, including in connection with electronic eavesdropping, hidden cameras, trade secrets, freedom of information laws, internet privacy and other related topics. Tom obtained his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1992 and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2002.
